Every parcel travels tracked, door to door, anywhere in the UK. You pick the speed at checkout; we handle the carrier.

Delivery speed is measured from the moment the parcel is posted, not from the moment you order. Before dispatch, the order page shows the seller's posting window instead.
What postage costs
The price depends on the parcel size the seller declared and the speed you pick. Prices at launch:

Higher value pieces
On orders of £200 or more, Premium Protected is the only option. The cover has to match the value of the piece: a bridal lehenga should never travel on a £20-cover service.
Dispatch and tracking
Sellers post within 5working days; most post much sooner, and a seller's usual dispatch time shows on their profile. The moment your parcel is posted you get an email with the tracking link, and the order page follows it milestone by milestone.
If a parcel never arrives and the carrier confirms it is lost, you are refunded in full: item, postage and fee.
UK delivery addresses only at launch. Parcels over 10 kg or 120 cm on the longest side cannot be shipped yet.
